Pabis, Dec. 6th.—ln consequence of the reiterated refusal of Duke d'Audifret Paasuier to undertake the formation of a cabinet, President MacMahon will hold a conference with the President of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies tomorrow. The Marshal is anxious to retain General JBerthoul, in order to establish the principle that the War Minister shall hereafter not be affected by parliamentary changes. The Left has resolved to demand the dismissal of; a certain number of anti-republican functionaries.
