History Prize.
The written answers returned by the 15 competitors for this valuable prize (Miss Stickland's Queens of England 8 vols., £6 6s) were delivered to the judges Dr Kilgour, Mr Wilkinson and Mr Carpenter, who having carefully, separately and collectively examined the papers, have returned them marked from No 1 to 6. In addition to the prize carried off by W. Skeen, there are also two others, one. equal to. £2, which will go to Frank Westori, the giffi of a/gentleiiianj for the best boy in the Shellbapk school;; and the prize announced, ap second, value: £1 Ids, collected 'by "'mr~Sk'eenV will go: to Albert Fuljames.
