Splendid Crushing.
The Union Beach has finished cleaning up and retorting,,the result being 374 ounces of retorted/gold,? making altogether, from the sixty-six tons of stuff crushed and specimens, two thousand two hundred and twenty-nine (2229) ounces, or at the rate of thirty.four.ounces ;per ton all round. In the winze nice gold is seen, and the leader on the low level is also looking well.

The Kenil worth schooner left for Auckland this evening. ;
; Kennedy's Bay.—The Sissie is loading for Auckland, and another vessel has just arrived.
Murphy's Hill.—Stuff is now getting out likely to go eight ounces per ton.
