Swanson, M.P.O. Messrs Masefield and A. Black are likely to be the gentlemen who will move an<| second the vote of confidence at the of the speech. Mr Dignan, the other sitting member for * Auckland" City-West, willvery likely address v his constituent! .the same evening, but of course his remarks as one of Sir George's supporters -and, colleagues are not likely to occupy liiany minutes. Sir George Grey has issued circulars to the committee who were appointed to secure his election for City West, with a view of those gentlemen taking seats surrounding both the chair-. man and himself on the platform?■ '■■"-■ The meeting, it is. expected, will bo very numerous, as great interest is attached to his statements as to future policy. ;- . ■ • ; Later.
