MINING COMPANY MEETING.
Eldoeado (Taibua).
A special general meeting was held on Saturday at Mr MacDonnell's office for the purpose of filling up vacancies in the directory, and other business. Mr H. 0. Campbell in the chair; Messrs Ehrenfried, Campbell and Wade were elected. On discussing the advisability of erecting machinery it was resolved to postpone the matter, the directors to call another meeting of shareholders to consider the question, should it be deemed necessary.
