Tyler in the chair, it was resolved that the directors be empowered to dispose of the property on the most advantageous terms possible, and to execute all legal documents in connection therewith." That the com pany be wound up voluntarily. Mr Wardell to be liquidator. Mr Geiiion to audit accounts. In respect to the above, the property known as the Queen of Thames G.M. Company,-will be incorporated with the Queen of the May G.M. Company, the basis of such arrangement having been agreed to ; this will add greatly to the extent and resources of tho Queen of May.
