; '■/. DOUGLAS V. CBEAftH.,, . Mr Miller, addressing .the Eesident Magistrate, said certain monies had been paid, into Court by Ake'rs, in the case Creagh v, Akers. An execution had also been obtai&ed against the plaintiff Creagh in re Douglas v. Creagh. There was more than enough to satisfy the execution against Creagh. The necessary notice had been given. An order was made for payment of sufljcient money to satisfy Douglas' judgment. The Court adjourntd.
