At a meeting of shareholders, Mr Percj in the chair, it was resolved to form into a company, to be named the Jersey Brothers G.M.. Company, with 12,750 sharss of 10s each, nil paid up. Messrs Lempriere Amy, W. S. Brown, C. Cox, S. B. Percy and ManniDg were appointed Provisional Direcors, and Mr E, T, Wildman.Jegal manager.
