Friday. Union Beach;—6s lbs of first - class specimens yesterday; good show still in the face.

Tokatea.—A parcel of specimens reported from the Van level last night. The crushing of 90 tons stuff is looking up well. About 45 tons stuff are going through the Whakaroa battery. The contractors have finished the extension of the Van level, and the manager intends rising.

Bismarck. —A quantity of picked stone Was taken from the stopes. The mine generally is looking well.

Eoyal Oak.—Gold is showing freely in the stopes of the old workings. There are about 30 tons of stuff in the paddock. City of Auckland.— The leader in the low level is showing up well. A rise is to be started, and they expect a haul of specimens shortly. The Golden Hoiut got a small quantity of specimens during the last day or two.

This day. The Tokatea got about 64 lbs of first class specimens from the Van level with a good show left.

Bismarck. —The manager states that a small parcel of specimens were obtained from thestope last night.

Union Beach.— Nothing important to-day.

A schooner of 90 tons was launched from Blackmore's yard this morning. Everything went off satisfactorily. The Manaia took most of the citizens over. Miss McGregor named the vessel " Transit." Captain Anderson from Auckland take's charge.
