TWENTY THIRD JUNE.
The tributers, Hunter and party have completed their crushing of 15 tons at the Tramway battery, from which the satisfactory yield of 14 ounces 8 dwts. retorted gold has been obtained, being in addition to 16 ounces realised from specimens already reported but belonging to the same parcel of quartz making the yield, upwards of 2 ounces to the ton.
