MINING COMPANY MEETINGS.
Stewaet G.M.Co. (Taibtta.) At a meeting of directors "it was resolved to commence operations forthwith, and tho necessary authority to procure requisites and employ workmen given. Brothers (Taikua.) At a meeting of shareholders, it was unanimously determined to form this mine, consisting of 19 mon's ground into a company to be called The Brothers Company, with a capital of £12,000 in £1 shares. Nil paid up." Mr F. J. Wardell appointed legal manager and to take steps for the duo incorporation of the company. Work in the meantime to be. carried forward uuder. tho charge of Mr W.R. Garland. '
