Alex vndee Hogg for a LICENSE to Construct a Water Race for mining purposes commencing at'a' point at the junction of the Kohirahi and Pakirarahi Crerks and terminating at a point on a point on the Kohirabi (or mnin) Creri, about six hundred yards below the said junction, points of commencement and.,termination are indicated by pegs Marked it". 3he length of such Bace is six hundred yards, or thereabouts, and its i-tended ccurse is south westerly. The length of suchKace is two hundred yards, or thereabouts, and its intended course is east and west The mean depth and breadth of such Eace is one foot by two feet, and it is capable of carrying two sluice heads of water, and the number of sluice heads of forty inches each which it is intended to appropriate is Two.
