Henry Smith was charged with that he did commit a breach of section 28 Bye - law No. 3 Borough of Thames, by allowing one horse to wander at large in Richmond street, Thames. (Impounded.) Defendant said he bought the "horse" but it had not been delivered to-him. The horse was released in his name. It would not have strayed had it been in his possession. Fined 2s 6d and .costs. s -. r ; The Court adjourned. ; 5
