PRINCE ALFRED BATTERY
The battery has been hung up for a few days, in order to construct a shoot to carry Water,.the supply from the old iron pipe not being sufficient for the berdans. The battery started again to-day at three o'clock, crushing for the Albion and Caledonian companies ; there is also a parcel of stuff in the paddpok from the Golden Hill. :
