Thursday. : Fifteen persons were summoned to-day for neglecting to clean the footpaths fronting their shops, j As this was the first case of the kind, the Magistrate dismissed the defendants with a caution. AH the papers for the last three days contain letters on the filthy state of the streets, saying they are the dirtiest streets of any town in the colony.
