The length of tke Race is eight miles or thereabout?, and its intended: course is northwesterly from the point of; commencement. The length of such Race i 3 eight. miles or thereabouts, and its intended course is north westerly from the point of commencement The mean breadth and depth of, such "Race is six feet by four feet, and it is capable of carrying five sluiceheads of water, and the number of sluiceheads of forty inches each which it is intended to appropriate is five'; and the land required for the said Race is sixty-six feet on.each side of the centre of the said Race.
