This claim, comprising 14 men's ground, is well spoken of. Three leaders have beon uncovered, and tolerable prospects obtained. They are sending down one ton as a trial per Tairua, cutter. They have done a quantity of driving. Tery many new arrivals are coming up daily—among some of the late arrivals were W. Rowe, B. Fryer, and McGregor. The weather is very cold and stormy.
