Fba.se*, Esq., 8.M.) | THE TAIEUA CASES. j The objections to.tbe Ajax and Eureka Licenses were set down for hearing yesterday, but were adjoui Jied till to-day on account of the Warden's absence. j 1 The Warden adjourned" the cases until the 29th. . ' j Tfce cases of Mackay, Scott Hunter, and- Logan wiM be heard on the same day. The Warden said he would settle a day for those cases of triflVg objections in the office, as the Court was required by the Eevising Officer. : The following cases, to which the onlyobjections lodged were those of the District/Engineer, were then;adjourned to the 29th inst., Mr Aitken stating that amended planss would be ready by that time:—Samuel Turtle, Golden Arrow; j James Frater, "Pearl; J. A; Chapman, Star of the South ; Albert- Walker, ■> '^n. iv-.-'-Ji.U: .../a'H^ _ \ The Albion.—Henry Gilletfc was the applicant, and there being no objectionj the lease was granted. s The Court tnen adjourned: ;
