The Superintendent has received a telegram from Christchurch that the Governor will moit probably arrive there on the 3rd of May, and it is rumored that the members of theDunedin Club hate been requested to vacate Fernhill House to make room for the vice-regal party. There is some understanding by which the members are required to give up the use for one month each year for two years. The Club at at the present time is full.
