This day. In th« Supreme Court to-day tho bank ruptcy cases of Thorne and Josephs were adjourned. Mr Bees made application for a writ t>f habeas corpus io bring up for discharge Charles King, Sergeant Armed Constabulary, who was consigned to gaol for three months for insulting bis officer. The case is proceeding.
