The return from the Queen of Maywill not be to hand until Monday after* noon, as there is a month's silver to treat, though the present "jcleaningV up is only for a fprnight's crushing. Want of water is a great drawback,, and at the present^ .juncture, is being severely felt by, this' company. However; it is natural to suppose that the present drought cannot' continue much longer; and, should water be available, it is intended to put on another five head Of. stamps next week. 'At present there are- only 15 engaged! .A fair return is expected. . J
