Sub-Inspector Sullen said there were two barrels full of matter that smelt very much, and other parts in connection with the whale were exceedingly offensive, the complaints about which had caused him to visit defendant's premises.
His Worship told defendant he must fine him 10s and costs, and he could go to Mr Craig, and ask for the fulfilment of his promise. TRANSFER OF LICENSE. Annie Ziegler made application for the transfer of the license of the Old House-at-Home Hotel to Samuel Hamilton. The police offered no objection, and the application was granted.
