It is thought by many Freemasons that His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales will be installed as Grand Master, Dec. 2. This is not only unnecessary, as his royal highness already olds the office, but it is also most probable that the Prince of Wales will not be present upon the occasion referred fo. The installation for the year ensuing, as the office of Grand Master is one of annual tenure only, will most likely take place at the grand festival, April 28,. 1875, unless another day should be appointed for the ceremony. A special pension of the benchers of Gray's Inn was held on Nov. 4, for the purpose of taking into consideration the expediency of disbarring Dr. Kenealy, for, among' Other reasons, the publication of the Englishman newspaper, but more especially for the speeches delivered by him on or about the 7th of October last, at Leicester, when he wt?s reported to have made statements of the most derogatory character to the benchers, accusing them of being a corrupt body and otherwise maligning them. After going seriatim through several numbers of the Englishman, and disscussing and selecting these portions considered necessary for the purpose of the benchers, the further consideration of the matter was ordered to stand adjourned. Several numbers of the paper in question have been forwarded to the Lord Chancellor.

She made her debut in London as Hermione, and has followed it by Catherine and Lady Macbeth.
