(Before W. Fbaser, Esq., Warden.) DEAINAGE CAsii.

The case, Pumping Association and others against the Crown Prince Goldmining Company, Registered, was brought on this morning. ; Mr. Brassey appeared for defendants, and said he was instructed to agree to a payment of £19 6s 8d per month for five months to the Pumping Association, but the claim of the Bright Smile Company was not recognised.

An order was a made in accordance with the terms stated by Mr. Brassey. The Court then adjourned.
