THIS DAT, (Before W. Fbaseb, Esq., 8.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Ehenio (a native) was charged with having been drunk and disorderly in Eyrestreet, Shortlahd, on the 16th. Defendant being on bail, and making no appearance, forfeited the amouaN . ABUSIVE LANOTAOB. Catherine Aitken was charged with that she did unlawfully use abusive and insulting language in a public place, to wit, Rolleston-street, Shortland, with intent to cemmit a breach of the peace, or whereby a breach of the peace might have been occasioned. - '. ;
There was no appearance of either party, and the case was accordingly struck out. The Court then adjourned.
