A DEMURRER.
To the Editor ef the Evening Star. Sin,—l have soon in your paper of last evening that I have been charged with alleged lunacy. I beg to state that this was a false charge founded on a few remarks I made in a friend's house, alao my having written some words on a piece of paper. They were written by me in jest. Also by my going over to a gunsmith's and wanting a revolver for the purpose of protecting my property, my house and surgery having been broken. into, my door plate taken off, and othelf damage dono. br two persons whom I mean to proceed against. I reported these proceedings to the police, who have succeeded in discovering the names of the persons. W. Brown, M.D., .
