A garden party is to be held this afternoon at the Boys' Orphanage, Morgan’s Load.. Among others present will bo the new Bishop of Christehuroh, His Lordship Bishop 'Vest-Watson. Cricket will be finally rung down for the season to-day, when the final game for the junior championship between the Pareora and South Bnd Clubs will be played on tho Park wicket, starting at 1.30.
