Ralph Ryan (28), married, employed at the Westfield Freezing Works, died in hospital of burns from boiling blood, sustained while removing blood from a digestor. ACCIDENT IN RAILWAY YARD. By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, April 9. • William Kecles, a married railway employee, had his left foot badly hurt this morning during shunting operations at Lyttelton. He was oiling the points, and did not hoar the approaching trucks. GAS POISONING. By Telegraph—t’ress Association. DUNEDIN, April 9. Aubroy Wright (39), married, with a family of six, of Messrs AVrights’ Commercial Agency, was found dead iu the ollico this morning, with tho gas turned on. MOTORS COLLIDE. By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, April 9. A single man named B. Thomas, whose address is given as Bangor, llawkeus, was riding his motor cycle along the Riccartou road this morning, when he and a motor lorry carrying moat from the abattoirs came into collision. Thomas had his right log broken in two places. He was conveyed to the Christchurch Hospital.
