PARIS, April 7. “Le Matin” slates that tho machinations of tho Hungarian Nationalists to remove persons involved in the Hungarian bank note case, whose evidence is capable of damaging them, lias been the cause of the death of Hungarian Deputy Hir. According to “Le Matin” the Nationalists forced M. Hir to open a vein. He was taken to hospital and was progressing favourably, when he was suddenly seized by violent pains and died muttering that he was dying as Seliultze died. Schultze, also involved in the affair, died mysteriously, hut at t'ho inquest a verdict of death from natural cause* was returned. “Le Matin” states that a medical investigation established that M. llir’.s death was the result of poisoning, ami that Hungarian secret societies instriicted tho doctor to get rid of him.
