The Independent Labour Party Conference carried resolutions advocating the complete revision of tho Versailles Treaty, the withdrawal of the reparations demands to Germany, the mutual cancellation of war debts, full trading and political relations with Russia, a world conference of Socialist. Labour and co-operative . internationals to resist war, and calling on the workers to, make clear that they would meet a .threat cf war by organising general resistance.
