The Tasmanian Rowing Association has decided to support the proposal for two races between Australia and New Zealand, the first in Sydney in 1928, and the second in New Zealand in 1931. “ The expenses of the „ Australian representatives in New Zealand is to be borne in proportion to the membership of the various State Rowing Associations. .
