Disarmament Conference, regarding the princip.es policies to be followed. These include. (1) To restrict the agenda to feasibilities.
(2) To recommend the exclusion of aircraft questions from the agenda, owing to the difficulties differentiating thofe flying for military and commercial use. , (3) To regard tho abolition of submarines as not feasible owing to the remarkable changes in type since the Washington Conference. (4) To urge the prohibition of poison gas, as it is against the principles of humanity.
