PLEASANT POINT ACCIDENT.
POLICE PROCEEDINGS, At the Police Court on Saturday, before Mr D. McLennan, J.P„ George Albert Brohaut appeared on a charge of the negligent unving of a motor car at Waitawa on March 20, thereby causing bodily injury to Douglas Christie. . . On tne application of Senior-Sergeant Fahey accused was remanded till Saturday next. 3 Bail was fixed afc self for £3OO and one surety at £3OO or two at £l6O. An order wag made for the impounding of the car involved in the accident pending the trial, and accused was ordered to report to the police at 6 p.m.
