A Note declining tlie invitation of the League of Nations to tlie World Court Conference at Geneva, will he forwarded early in tho week by the Secretary of State (Mr Kellog). Instead of meeting other nations in Conference to discuss American reservations to tlie Court, the United States will continue to direct negotiations with the signatories of tlie Court Protocol.
