Mr. F. L. Wootes. Wind (strong south to psouth-enst; weather continue cold, with further min at times, and snow in hack country. Dominion Meteorologist. Present indications are for norlheriv winds, strong to gale, backing by west to south; weather cloudy and unsettled, Imt rain probable generally, and snow on high levels in the south, with colder conditions foliowing. Barometer falling, hut rising again soon in the south.
