A telegram from Nome (Alaska) -says: “A radio message reports that the vanguard of Captain Wilkins’s expedition reached Point Barrow, alter a last overland trip of twenty-three days from Kotzebue railroad terminus, during which lour clogs were lost in blizzards, the temperature reaching 4Cdog. below zero. The vanguard, which transported the !ood supplies, is preparing a landing held for the planes, which are still under repair at Fairbanks.
