STOCKTON MINE IDLE. By Telegraph-— Pres* Association. Ti oj , WESTPORT, March 29. Hie Stockton coal mine is idle as a. Jesuit of a dispute between tho miners and the management over tho employment of some men, the management having, it is alleged, given preference to some Into coiners, while the minors contend that men unemployed and waiting m the district should have been first considered. Apparently- all wnk right on Friday to resume work to-day hut the hitch occurred on Saturday and the mine is still idle.
