At the annual meeting of the Primary Producers’ Union, the President, in the annual report, referring to the inception of the Dairy Export Control Act, and the successful launching of the stabilisation scheme, said both these ' important schemes were now working smoothly. Although the stabilisation scheme was only for one year he was convinced that with the loyal co-operation of all factories, it could be made permanent.
