AMERICAN RESERVATIONS. '.Hf Cable—Press Association—Copyright, Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association WASHINGTON, March 22. The World Court resolution, adopted by the Senate on January 27, contained, live reservations : (1) Adherence to tho Court shall not be taken to involve any legal relations of the United States to the League. (2) The United States shall appoint representatives to the League Assembly or Council un a basis of equality with other members for election, as Judges of the Court, or the Idling of vacancies. (3) The United States shall pay a lair share of the expenses of the Court. (4) That the United States may at any time withdraw adherence to the protocol, and tuafc the status for the Court adjoined to the protocol shall not be amended without the consent of the United .States.

(5) That tho Court shall not render any advisory opinion except publicly, after due notice to all Sta Les adhering to the Court, and to all inioreslod States, and after a public hearing or opportunity for hearing has been given to any Slate concerned, nor shall it' without the consent 01 one United States entertain any request for an advisory opinion touching on any dispute or question in which the United States has, or claims an interest.
