COMMUNISTS ATTACK METZ. SUPPRESSED BY CAVALRY. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Australian and N.Z. (lablo Association. (Received March 22, 8.30 p.m.) PARIS, March 21. Fifteen hundred Communists, largely foreigners, attacked the business quarter of Metz. Troops were called out, and were met with volleys of paving stones. Finally the cavalry rode down the Communists, and many were Injured.
