Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly to easterly winds ; weather cool and changeable generally, with scattered showers in the north and East Coast districts. Further heavy rain which fell al Broken Hill, totally averted a water famine. All reservoirs are now full. Similar reports have been received from other drought-stricken areas.
