The Judge, cross-expmining with a view to proving tb.e defence a- frabrication, pointed out that finger prints showed that Duuiini was inside the motor car, not driving. Moreover Dumini’s deformed arm prevented his driving 160 miles • ' He added that it was absurd for Dumini to attempt to exonerate the others, because Signor Matteotti was stabbed to death.
