The American Debt Funding Commissioner is advised that France, Italy, Belgium, Czecho-Slovakia and the United States would like to bring the debt question to solution promptly. Rumania, Greece, Jugo-Slavla, Esthonia and Latavia have also indicated that adjustment is desired.
