EXPLOSION IN MINE.
tiEN KILLED AND MISSING.
By Cable-—Press Association—-Copyright. Received May 18, 1.5 a.m. BERLIN, May 16. A terrific explosion occurred at Dortsfeld mine, near Dortsmund, where 500 men are employed. The explosion was due to the blousing up of an explosives store. Released gases peutrated the pit. Most of the employees succeeded in escaping. So far, five dead and 25 injured have been recovered. Thirty are missing.
