SEVENTY DEATHS IN JAPAN. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. ‘ Reuter's Telegrams. (Received May 15, 10.30 p.m.) TOKIO, May 14. A serious epidemic of measles has broken out in North-Eastern Japan. There are a thousand cases, seventy of which have been fatal.
