SEAPLANE OARRIER ORDERED.

SYDNEY, May 7;
The Prime Minister of Australia (Mr Bruce) announced that a 6000ton seaplane carrier for the Australian Navy will be built at the Cockatoo Island dookyard. The building of this vessel will keep together the technical staff of Cockatoo, and provide employment for many workmen, who at present are threatened with being paid off.
