The Evening Post says that the judicial changes referred to in a previous telegram will not be effected till early next year, and that the new Chief Justice and another Judge will have their head quarters in Wellington.—Mr Vogel's family goes to England with him.—lt.is understood that when Sir George Arnev retires, Mr Prendergast will be made Chief Justice, and the Attorney.General" ship will be offered to Mr Travers.— After Mr Yogel concludes his business in Sydney respecting the electric telegraph cable, he will proceed to : England.—Sir James Ifergusson proceeds to Marlborough in his yacht on Thursday, and from there he will go.through the Sound to Kelson.
