The usual monthly meeting of the Thames Hospital Committee will be held in the Salutation Hotel, Mary-street, this afternoon, at which the report of the sub-committee appointed to inquire into certain charges of alleged negligence on the part of hospital servants will be presented for .their consideration. We; hear that a very exhaustive.report and resume of the evidence adduced before; the committee has been prepared for the information of the committee of management, and Ave hope theiull evidence taken will accompany tho report, in order that the public may be, placed in possession of all the facts elicited during a protracted inquiry. The matter is of importance, to the welfare of this exo'Jlent institution, and nothing should be kept back fram the publio who are its supporters. A meeting of persons interested in the consumption of coal on the field—and they are very numerous—is convened to be held at the Governor Bowen Hotel this evening, ia order to discuss the, best method >of [facilitating ana cheapening ■ the landing of this indisgansivbla aid to motive power at the Thames. •
