March 28. A deputation of Irish members of Parliament jWaited upon the Premier, and aslced for tlie release of Fenian prisoners. Mr Disraeli declined to grant the request. The boat race between Oxford and Cambridge was rowed to-day on the usual course, resulting in another victory for Cambridge by two lengths. The weather was splendid, and a large crowd was present.
