THEATRE ROYAL

A VERY good audience assembled last night lo witness the performance of the popular drama “ The Octoroon.” The part of Zoe, the Octoroon, was taken by Miss Colville, and was played by her in a manner that elicited great applause from the audience. Salem Scudder was ably represented by Mr Hoskins; and Wanotee, the Indian, was played by Mr Dunn in a manner that took the house by Btorm. The same bill will be repeated tonight, and we feel confident that the public will come forward in good numbers to enjoy the entertainment provided for them.
